Article 2 - Subject of the Agreement:

The subject of this agreement is to determine the mutual rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the products ordered by the customer through the www.memecutekw.com website belonging to the seller, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law in Turkey. The customer agrees and acknowledges under the terms of this agreement that he is aware of the basic specifications, selling price, form of payment and delivery terms and that he has confirmed the data mentioned on the online store and then ordered these products. The initial notice and invoice that appear on the website www.memecutekw.com are an integral part of this agreement.

Article 3 - Prices and Shipping Fees:

The prices of the products displayed in the online store do not include shipping fees to the customer's country. The value of the shipping fees appears in the shopping cart before completing the payment after specifying the the customer's country. The seller is not responsible for any customs fees in the customer's country.

Article 4 - Delivery and Returns:

The seller undertakes to deliver orders within a period of 4-12 business days to its customers after confirming their payment and order data.

The order is delivered to the shipping company within 1-3 business days to prepare the order and complete the customer's data.

The order is confirmed after communicating with the customer via WhatsApp and providing him with the order tracking number and shipping policy.

The seller disclaims any responsibility in the event of any delay due to customs clearance in the customer's country and we cooperate with the customer to solve any problem as soon as possible.

Article 5 - The competent court:

The competent court to settle any disputes that may arise from this agreement, the consumer arbitration committees have jurisdiction up to the value declared by the Turkish Ministry of Industry and Trade, and the consumer courts for values ​​exceeding the specified amount, and in places where these courts are not available, the primary civil courts have jurisdiction.

This agreement has been issued for commercial purposes.
